Frequently Asked Questions

All large or custom orders must be ordered at least one week in advance. Large orders are considered over 4 dozen. All other orders can be placed within 3 days of pick-up or delivery.

If an order is needed prior to the order deadline listed above, there will be a 30% rush order fee applied. This amount will be due the same day the order is placed.

If an order is damaged prior to pick-up or delivery, a partial refund will be provided. Photos will be provided prior to delivery or pick-up to ensure customer satisfaction. If no response is received upon sending the order photos, no refund will be provided.

There is a 50% retainer fee due at the time the order is placed. The other half of the order total will be due at pick-up or delivery. This amount will not be refundable as the date and time will be blocked from other customers.

Since there are other scheduled orders, there is a $10 late fee after 10 minutes of the scheduled delivery time. After 10 minutes, it will be a $20 late fee. If the order is not picked up within 20 minutes, it will be up to the customer to coordinate a pickup time from our chosen destination. If there is no communication or the order is not picked up within 24 hours, the order will no longer be available.

All desserts can be altered to fit the needs of the customer. However, it is up to our discretion to deny a request.
