Frequently Asked Questions

All large or custom orders must be ordered at least one week in advance. Large orders are considered over 4 dozen. All other orders can be placed within 3 days of pick-up or delivery.


If an order is needed prior to the order deadline listed above, there will be a 30% rush order fee applied. This amount will be due the same day the order is placed.


Photos will be provided prior to delivery or pick-up to ensure customer satisfaction.  If the customer agrees with the design, no refund will be provided. If there is an error with the order caused by the bakery (wrong flavor/ filling), a refund will be provided.  Our number one goal is our customer‘s happiness.


There is a 50% retainer fee due at the time the order is placed. The other half of the order total will be due at pick-up or delivery.


There is a $10 late fee after 10 minutes of the scheduled delivery time, if no communication is made. After 15 minutes, it will be a $20 late fee ( regardless if communication is made or not, as we do have other orders to deliver). If the order is not picked up within 20 minutes, it will be up to the customer to coordinate a pickup time from our chosen destination. If there is no communication or the order is not picked up within 48 hours, the order will no longer be available. 


All desserts can be altered to fit the needs of the customer. However, it is up to our discretion to deny a request.


Depending on the time/date of the event, touchups and remakes are possible. There will be a fee for touchups depending on the severity. If the cake is not repairable and a replacement is needed, the fee will be 75% of the item total.


A retainer is required to secure your order and hold your date. Once it’s booked, that date is reserved just for you and taken off our calendar. Because we set aside the time and turn away other requests for that date, the retainer is non-refundable.
